The Loess Plateau region plays an important role in China’s energy security strategy and ecological security pattern.The inherent conditions in the hilly and gully areas of the Loess Plateau are highly complex.As the main gathering place of cities and towns,the Ribbon development trend of Sichuan roads in the gully area is becoming more and more prominent,leading to urban and rural spatial problems such as the disharmony between the saturated land use growth of Sichuan roads and the ecological environment,the dispersion of land use patterns in the gully area and the mismatch between the efficiency of public service allocation.Under the requirements of the current high-quality development of land space and the improvement of human settlements Environmental remediation,it is extremely important to explore a method of optimizing urban and rural spatial morphology suitable for hilly and gully areas on the Loess Plateau.This paper takes Suide County,a typical town in the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau,as the research object.First,delineate 10 km × Conduct a basic overview analysis of the research area within a 10 km range,and sort out the current characteristics of the research area from three aspects: natural environment,spatial form,and service facilities.Analyze the urban-rural spatial form of the research area.Secondly,focusing on the three core issues of ecological environment,human land relationship,and service facilities,the relationship between the three is sorted out,and the goal principles for optimizing urban and rural spatial form are proposed as a starting point: to limit the spatial pattern based on a safe ecological environment,guide the moderate growth of space based on harmonious human land relationship,and shrink and optimize the spatial layout based on convenient living services.On this basis,a spatial optimization logic and framework based on ecological security orientation,human land coupling orientation,and convenience of life orientation are proposed: the constraints of the ecological environment are placed in the first place to obtain the entire ecological security background.On the basis of ecological security background,conduct research on the constraints of the relationship between development and nature,screen out smaller scale buildable spaces on the basis of exploitable land,and finally add public service factor settings to generate the final urban and rural spatial form.Finally,this urban and rural spatial form optimization method was applied to simulate and derive a total of 24 optimization schemes for the Suide research area,including 3 directions,3 development intensities,and 4 spatial accuracies.By referring to the upper level planning and actual situation,four types of spatial precision derived results under moderate development intensity were selected for overlay optimization processing,and based on the optimization results,construction guidance was provided for the development of urban and rural spatial morphology in the study area.By calculating the relevant indicators of the optimization results and comparing them with the current urban and rural space,it was found that the optimized urban and rural spatial form indicators have been improved to a certain extent.To sum up,the optimization method constructed in this paper responds to the spatial problems in the development process of urban and rural areas in the hilly and gully areas of the Loess Plateau to a certain extent,adds objective,visual,Dynamic simulation and other contents,enriches the theory and methods of urban and rural human settlements spatial form simulation,and has certain methodological innovation. |
