At present,the maintenance accessibility assessment of domestic ship equipment mainly has difficulties such as unclear division of influencing factors,incomplete evaluation indicators,and less quantitative evaluation research.Aiming at these problems,this thesis proposes a maintenance accessibility assessment model for ship equipment.Based on the model,the quantitative assessment of maintenance accessibility and the development of related functional modules are carried out.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,this thesis divides the maintenance accessibility into three major influencing factors according to the maintenance process of ship equipment.On the other hand,this thesis determines the accessibility evaluation indicators of influencing factors based on the maintenance analysis evaluation criteria and the virtual analysis environment.After constructing the maintenance accessibility stratification model of ship equipment with these indicators,this thesis analyzes these indicators to determine the quantitative methods of them.Secondly,this thesis comprehensive quantitative evaluation of maintenance accessibility based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In this thesis,the least square method and the weighted summation method are used to improve the promotion degree matrix method to make up for the problem that it is difficult to reflect the weight of indicators.In addition,this thesis combines the improved promotion matrix method with the analytic hierarchy process to reflect the mutual promotion relationship between indicators in the maintenance accessibility hierarchy model.Finally,this thesis applies CAA secondary development technology for secondary development in DELMIA software environment.In the secondary development,this thesis not only realizes the key functions necessary for maintenance accessibility assessment such as visual accessibility analysis and collision detection analysis,but also establishes a comprehensive quantitative evaluation module to realize comprehensive quantitative evaluation of maintenance accessibility in DELMIA software.In addition,this thesis combines the maintenance process of a ship equipment to apply and verify the maintenance accessibility quantitative evaluation model.
