In modern civil engineering construction projects, the concrete structure is widely used in various types of engineering structures; the concrete structure of the growing dominance is playing a more and more important role. The quality of the structure concrete will affect the safety of structure and even the whole concrete structure directly. The inspection and evaluation of concrete strength is an important part of quality control of concrete, it influences the final acceptance of the concrete structure. Assessment is the basis for acceptance, with the development of detection technology, there are a variety of test methods which can be used to inspect and assess the concrete strength of structure or component, such as the same curing condition of specimen, to shtructures, rebound method, ultrasonic method, ultrasound-rebound synthesis method, core drilling method, Pull-out post-insert method and so on. However, any method can not become an acceptable inspection method because of its limitations. Therefore, how to accurately test and assess the quality of structural concrete is great important to ensure the quality of concrete and improve the overall level of construction in our country.Through a more comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting concrete strength and the current detection methods, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of current detection methods. Based on the patent technology of inspecting the strength of structure concrete with ontology sampling and combined with engineering practice, it makes an in-depth study. Using SPSS to make one way ANOVA to the comprehensive strength date of concrete specimens which is obtained from three different curing methods:standard curing, the same curing condition, the ontology sampling curing, results showed that the strength of ontology sampling specimens is less affected by the curing conditions, its result is more close to the true strength of structural concrete. Through experimental data of C20, C25, C30, C35 and C40, this paper obtained the conversion coefficient inspecting structure concrete strength with ontology sampling in Harbin.Combined with the advantages of the ontology sampling and the conversion coefficients obtained from the experimental research, this paper apply this method to inspect concrete quality in winter construction, determine whether the strength of concrete structural has reached the cold critical and whether it can processes the next procedure, on base of the growth of ontology sampling concrete strength in winter construction.The application study on testing the strength of concrete structure in actual engineering proves the technology of ontology sampling is simple,scientific and effective,strongly practical, reslized the field testing to the entity strength of concrete, This technology will promote the quality management standards of concrete construction, and provid scientific and accurate date for the acceptance of concrete quality, avoid causing quality accident because concrete quality does not qualified, so as to ensure the safety of concrete structure.
