| The building of a large-scale car manufacturing company has a history of ten years,and part of infrastructure inside the factory building has become dirty and dilapidated.Under the limited resources,the enterprise hopes to systematically carry out renovation planning of the factory building,to maximize renovation effect,to improve the production and office environment of employees and to enhance the company’s publicity image.This paper takes the decartion and renovation project of the large-scale car manufacturing company as the main research object,and explores the application of the concept and principle of safety engineering in the whole life cycle of the project.Through construction risk identification and analysis,construction site construction project team effectiveness measurement method,system analysis method,PDCA theory and so on,the safe construction technology is defined in the feasibility stage,and the value of construction efficiency of each technology is calculated.At the same time,the risk situation existing in construction and the probability of interference during construction are systematically analyzed,and the system of the whole project is designed and the theory is practically applied to the project implementation process,and good project results are obtained.The main results of this paper are:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of car factories in the production period,under the constraints of short construction time and a large number of workshop maintenance projects,what kind of beautification technology can be selected to achieve a better balance in feasibility,safety,aesthetics,economy and so on.(2)While defining the process and construction area,systematically identify the risks existing in the process construction itself and the risks generated in the specific environment,and propose countermeasures.(3)Based on the theory of system analysis of Professor Jizhao Liang,the project system is divided into several subsystems,such as target,object,behavior and organization.At the same time,a tool form is proposed to improve the contractor’s management(schedule,safety and site)ability,and good results have been achieved in practical application.(4)The application of the theoretical results to the actual management process of the project has achieved good results in terms of effectiveness and safety,which has become a good story for the industry.With the progress of society,the beautiful working environment will also become the pursuit of producers.With the early investment and the aging of still operating factories,the working environment will deteriorate.On the premise that the factory building is not rebuilt,there must be a need to beautify and renovate the factory building system.The research of the theory and method in this paper will provide a good reference for the demanders. |
