As the basic part of social economy,electric power enterprises are very important to the normal operation of society and the daily life of the masses.From the perspective of marketing management,the problem of customer credit management in power enterprises is of great significance to the management of electricity charges in power supply enterprises.On the one hand,because of the credit level of customers,it directly affects whether the recovery of electricity tariff can be completed smoothly.However,the overall credit environment in our country starts slowly,and there is a lack of strict and effective punishment measures for customers who lack credit,such as customers refuse to pay electricity tariffs,steal electricity,default electricity,etc.Only pay default electricity tariff,default cost is very low,and it can hardly form a deterrent.On the other hand,the power supply enterprises mainly rely on their work experience to make subjective judgments on the recovery of electricity charges.They do not analyze customers' payment behavior,industry development and other multi-dimensional perspectives,and lack scientific and effective customer credit rating evaluation management.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the credit rating evaluation system of power customers.Through the analysis and Research on the credit data of power marketing customers in Dongguan area,this paper constructs the AHP model and Logistic regression model,and applies the model to the actual customer management and electricity fee recovery.It has achieved remarkable results in identifying good and bad customers,improving electricity fee recovery,reducing electricity fee risk,and verifying market-oriented trade access qualification.The innovation of this paper is that the experience of the financial industry is applied to the electric power industry,which has changed the previous experience-oriented working thinking of customer management and electricity fee recovery,and successfully embedded the evaluation model in the system,and applied to the actual customer management and electricity fee recovery work.In practical engineering applications,the model effectively discriminates the credit rating of power customers in Dongguan area,provides a reference basis for the electricity charge recovery work of power supply bureaus,and effectively evades the risk of electricity charges.It also provides a sufficient basis for theexamination of customer access qualification of market-oriented transaction business,effectively promotes power customers to consciously establish credit awareness and change the misconduct of electricity consumption and payment.
