Research On Regeneration Design Of Traditional Residential Buildings In Southern Hunan Based On Regional Cultural Protection

Due to the reform and opening up,the acceleration of urbanization and the great changes in rural areas,conflicts and contradictions such as imperfect social functions,disordered living space and cultural faults in rural areas of southern Hunan are increasing day by day.In the author’s on-site investigation and data collection of traditional dwellings in southern Hunan,there are two questions to ponder:First,how can the old houses in traditional dwellings continue to be used in the new era,and how can modern facilities and comfortable conditions benefit the villagers in order to protect the traditional dwellings in a living way? Question 2:How to continue the excellent material and spiritual culture and realize the new generation of traditional dwellings?The protection of regional culture of traditional dwellings is oriented to the future humanities and sustainable development of the region,while the research on Regeneration Design of traditional dwellings is based on the needs of real life and spirit.It is not only a construction problem,but also a social,economic,policy and regulatory issue.In this paper,a comprehensive study of multiple disciplines,literature analysis,questionnaires and field surveys are used to sort out and analyze the current situation of regional cultural protection and regeneration design of traditional dwellings in southern Hunan,regional cultural characteristics and other contents,and find out the object of regeneration design research.Secondly,the article carries on the theoretical research and analysis of the current villagers’ modern demands based on the protection of regional culture,demonstrates the correlation between villagers’ multiple needs and the protection and regeneration design of traditional dwellings,and finds the practical significance of the study.There are six chapters in the article.The first chapter is the introduction.Mainly around the origin of the topic,research significance,concept definition,research status,research methods and basic framework structure to start.The second chapter,based on the theoretical analysis of regeneration design of traditional dwellings in the protection of regional culture,is the key part of the article.Mainly from the sociology,architecture and environmental behavior of the three theoretical disciplines to extract and traditional residential protection and regeneration design related degreeof knowledge,analysis of villagers’ demands,as the theoretical support of traditional residential protection and regeneration design in southern Hunan.The third chapter,the analysis of the regional cultural characteristics of traditional dwellings in southern Hunan.Chapter IV,based on the protection of regional culture,research and analysis of the regeneration design of traditional houses in southern Hunan.This chapter firstly clarifies the relationship between protection and regeneration design and the direction of design.Secondly,it determines the methods and Strategies of protection and regeneration design,and forms the countermeasures to solve the problems.The fifth chapter is based on the practice of regeneration design of Luo’s traditional dwellings in southern Hunan province.By investigating and investigating the local villagers’ demands and the form of questionnaires,combining with the theoretical basis,regional cultural characteristics,protection and regeneration design strategies of the previous chapters,the concept of regeneration design of Luo’s traditional dwellings in southern Hunan,i.e.residential design,is produced.From this,the surrounding site environment,architectural monomer and interior of Luo’s traditional dwellings in southern Hunanare designed and formed.Practical cases of regenerative design are used to verify and perfect the theory of research.Chapter6 is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.The research method of regeneration design of traditional dwellings in southern Hunan based on the protection of regional culture is finally formed in order to promote the continuation and renewal of traditional dwellings and various historical information,and to provide theoretical reference and practical suggestions for the protection and inheritance of traditional dwellings in southern Hunan.
