Salt Lake and mine are rich in a variety of metal elements,including potassium,calcium,magnesium and so on.On the basis of the existing industrial technology,how to ensure the utilization of elements in the mining process,to reduce resource waste and environmental pollution,and to ensure product quality,the timely detection of the quality of the product line is an essential part of the industrial production process.How to locate the enrichment of elements in different areas of the salt lake and to make an accurate distinction are the main task to be completed by the beneficiation automation.The production process of the salt lake is mainly divided into several processes of feeding,flotation and drying.In the flotation process,the foaming agent needs to be added,and the potassium ion in the original ore solution is initially separated by the scraper.Next,in the drying process,and the concentration should be checked during the drying process to ensure the stability of the final product quality.The detection of concentration by means of manual titration is a traditional method of concentration detection.The color of the end point of the titration process is completely judged by the human eyes,and the error of the titration result due to personnel differences cannot be ignored.Uncertain factors such as repeatability and nighttime of the titration process will also cause measurement errors,which will not promptly feedback and guide the process production of the flotation process,affecting the stability of product quality.Based on the above problems,the automatic titrator system of continuous spectrum analysis developed in this paper can be used to measure the concentration of various elements in sample solution.Through continuous spectrum color sensor,corresponding image processing algorithm,accurate liquid path design scheme and stable data transmission and processing,the automatic titrator system solves the complicated operation,low accuracy,long detection time and error caused by different operators in the process of measuring the ion concentration of the solution by the traditional gravimetric method,and is another new application of the concentration titration instrument in the production process of the salt lake.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The Design of the Automatic Titrator System.The traditional titration method has obvious drawbacks and errors.Through the analysis of the traditional on-site process,the source of error is judged and a feasible improvement scheme is proposed.Based on the technical standard capacity method of the ion detection industry,the design and development of the automatic titrator system is carried out,and the modular design concept is adopted and continuously upgraded.(2)Design of Continuous Spectrum Color Sensor.The continuous spectrum color sensor is transparently isolated and does not require contact with the reagents.Under the compensation of a specific light source,accurate spectral information of the color of the titration solution is obtained by the optical sensor from time to time.Compared with color sensors based on R,G,and B,it can achieve more accurate color information,which is more convenient for judging the titration end point,which is faster and more stable.(3)Hardware and Software Design for Automatic Titrators.The hardware part adopts the modular design idea,which is divided into main control module,interactive interface module,color detection module,mechanical module and so on.The software part requires multi-tasking operation,through the transplantation of uC/OS-II system,data transmission and front-back interaction through CAN port and RS-485 serial port.(4)Analysis of the Field Test Results of the Titrator.Continuous spectrum color sensor test: The color of the solution in the same sample was tested several times during the titration process.The performance analysis was carried out from the indexes of response speed,accuracy and accuracy.The results showed that the continuum sensor can meet the design requirements.Automatic titrator system test: Through the stability analysis of the automatic titrator itself,compared with the manual test results,by analyzing the accuracy and accuracy and other performance indicators,it shows that the analyzer itself has good stability and better than the manual test results.
