The Environmental simulation Laboratory is used to simulate indoors whether the quality and performance of the test products meet the requirements of use in a variety of natural environments.This paper is based on the construction of a large environmental laboratory in a spaceship base that can simulate the operation of the aircraft,and the structural design of the laboratory can simulate high temperature,high humidity,low temperature,low pressure and rainfall and other natural environment.The construction of this laboratory is very large.There are very few reports on environmental laboratories of this scale in China,and it is rare in the world.Its implementation is a major challenge to the existing technology,and it also marks the development of China’s environmental simulation laboratory.It has important theoretical significance and practical value.The paper systematically carried out structural design,crack analysis and seismic analysis of the laboratory.Firstly,the concept of double-layer shell was introduced to simulate the structure under the concept of double-layer shell.After comprehensive consideration of various aspects,the concrete truss was finally selected as the outer frame,and the reinforced concrete wall(plate)plus the steel plate seal as the inner shell structure was used as the main structure of the laboratory for the next analysis.After the structure selection,the paper also provides a simple diagram of the building according to the principles of economy,science,safety and comfort.Bored cast-in-place piles can strictly control structural deformation and have good bearing capacity and stability.So bored cast-in-place pile is adopted in this design and the bearing capacity of single pile is calculated.This paper uses SAP2000 finite element analysis software to build,calculate and analyze the buildings to be built.After the calculation is completed,according to the software calculation results,the external frame and the shear wall are calculated and the structural reinforcement drawing is obtained.The results of reinforcement and structural stresses all meet the requirements of the specification.In the crack analysis,it is found that the outer surface of the shear wall and surface of the roof of the inner shell are mainly subjected to compression,but there will be large tensile stress at the junction of the wall and the opening of the cave,which will cause cracks in the structure.Therefore,the concrete reinforcement and protection measures are also given here.It is also found that a larger temperature difference will lead to a larger tensile stress of the structure,so the thermal insulation performance of the laboratory will directly affect the safety performance of the structure,and doing a good job of thermal insulation layer is also the most important work.For this complex structure,the modal analysis,the response spectrum analysis and the elastoplastic time history analysis are adopted in the seismic performance study.The structural performance is checked by software,and the seismic performance of the structure is found to be good.All technical indicators meet the seismic performance requirements.Through the structural design and analysis of environmental simulation laboratory,some conclusions of structural design are obtained,which can provide reference for similar engineering design research and application in the future.
