The Impact Of Green Building Policy On Enterprise Service Innovation Performance

With the continuous advancement of green building policies,the business scope of construction enterprises is expanding,and the cross-integration with manufacturing and service industries is gradually deepening,which promotes the emergence of service attributes of construction enterprises.At the same time,with the strengthening of the status of innovation in social development,the service innovation of construction enterprises has become an inevitable trend of development.However,the impact of green building policies often depends on the company's dual innovation.Therefore,what is the impact mechanism of green building policy on service innovation performance? Is its mechanism of action affected by dual innovation? This has become the focus of this research.Based on the theory of dual innovation and service innovation,this study takes the construction enterprise as the research object and determines the research scale of green building policy,dual innovation and service innovation performance.This study constructs a theoretical model of “Green Building Policy – Dual Innovation – Enterprise Service Innovation Performance”.The 274 questionnaires collected are used to explore the relationship between the three,and the research hypothesis is verified according to the established structural equation model.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The green building policy and its various dimensions have a significant positive impact on the performance of enterprise service innovation.The impact of the supporting service policy is greater than the impact of the incentive policy and greater than the impact of the mandatory policy.(2)Dual-element innovation plays a partial intermediary role in the overall relationship between green building policy and its various dimensions and corporate service innovation performance.Among them,the mediating effect of dual-innovation in the overall impact of green building policy on corporate service innovation performance accounted for 30.15%;the mediating effect of compulsory policy on the impact of corporate service innovation performance accounted for 18.92%;the mediating effect of the impact of policies on the innovation performance of enterprise services accounted for 21.64%;the mediating effect of the impact of supporting service policies on the performance of enterprise service innovation accounted for 15.93%.This research is dedicated to providing guidance for improving the performance of service innovation in construction companies.By analyzing the relationship between “green building policy—enterprise service innovation performance” and “green building policy—dual innovation—enterprise service innovation performance”,it can provide a concrete path for service-based construction enterprises.This article refers to the flexibility and freedom of the supporting service policy in the emergence stage,actively promoting incentive policies,and increasing the government's mandatory policies.At the same time,it also enriches the relevant theories of service innovation,and provides a reference for the follow-up study of green building policy and service innovation performance.
