Study On The Coupling Mechanism And Planning Regulation Of Production-village Integration In Xi'an City From The Perspective Of Beauty And Livability

Under the guidance of Rural Revitalization strategy,agricultural modernization,agricultural supply-side reform and rural tourism development,the domestic village industry is transforming from traditional agriculture to the integration of three industries.At present,there are some problems in the construction of villages,such as disorder of spatial planning,inconsistency between industry and space,poor quality of village space,lack of synergy between production and living space,etc.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to explore the planning methods and strategies suitable for the synergy between industry and space of villages in Xi'an.Industry,as the main factor affecting the development of village economy,promotes the coordinated development of various industries,adheres to the principles of transformation of primary production,guidance of secondary production and linkage of tertiary production,follows regional cooperation and industrial driving mechanism,advocates the strategy of market-leading and policy-making according to aptitude,and carries out the strategy of industrial development guided by circumstances.In the process of sustainable development of village construction and industrial space,the concept of "integration of production and village" came into being.The concept of integration of production and village was combined with village planning to explore the diversified industrial development model of villages and promote the coordinated development of production and residence space of villages.Since 2013,the Ministry of Housing and Construction has been implementing the selection of beautiful and livable villages in China for five consecutive years.Its construction requirements include three aspects: pastoral beauty,village beauty and life beauty.The original intention of beautiful livable villages is to create a "livable and livable" environment,to cultivate the soil of ecological civilization and to conserve the foundation of history and culture,rather than the empty nest of the city's vassals and desolate inhabitants.The development of the times renews the historical mission of beautiful and livable villages,which includes the need to construct livable material space,comfortable living environment,and the goal of reconstructing the relationship between production and village,and integrating production and living space.This paper clarifies the coupling mechanism between the theory of beautiful livability and the integration of production and village,studies the successful cases and experiences at home and abroad,combs the types of beautiful livable villages in Xi'an,and then chooses Laozhai Village in Wutun Town,Jianjiao Village in Beitan Street and Dongling Village in Xiaozhai Town as the research villages in this paper,trying to put forward the original puzzle of the separation of production and residence space in village planning from the perspective of beautiful livability.Opinion.At the same time,from the perspective of multi-dimension,this paper analyses the concept of integration of production and village,the evolution of time and space,the driving mechanism,the mechanism of action and the influencing factors of the concept.Under the interaction of industrial development planning and spatial planning,the implementation strategies of adaptability are put forward from four levels: planning regulation,production and construction,life response and ecological coordination.It is clear that from the perspective of beauty and livability,industrial development planning and residential environment planning are included in the village planning,which has the characteristics of livability and livability,and a bearing entity for realizing the integration of production and village planning is constructed.Finally,taking Laozhai Village,Jianjiao Village and Dong Ling Village as examples,this paper analyzed the progress of the implementation of the concept of integration of production and village in the process of village construction,in order to demonstrate the suitability of the theory of integration of production and village in the construction of villages in Xi'an City.
