Common concrete pavement has poor wear-resistance,so it is easily to be worn under the load of vehicle,resulting in attenuation of the anti-slide performance of the road,which is not conducive to road safety.Adding a layer of colored anti-slip material on the cement concrete pavement can not only improve the anti-slide performance of the road,but also beautify the driving environment,and also play a color warning effect on the driver,which further improves the road safety.The colored anti-slip material has the characteristics of rich colors,anti-sliding and wear-resistant performance as well as strong practicability,so it has broad application prospects in the field of road engineering.However,domestic and foreign scholars have little research on the preparation of cement-based colored anti-slip materials and their related properties.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the preparation of cement-based colored anti-slip materials and their related properties.Based on the existing research foundation and results,PVAc modified cement mortar and SBR modified cement mortar were prepared as reference mortar by using polyvinyl acetate emulsion(PVAc)and styrene-butadiene latex(SBR)as mortar modifiers.Three kinds of inorganic iron oxide pigments were added into two kinds of reference mortars separately to prepare polymer modified color mortar.The dyeing effect of different pigments was evaluated by colorimeter,and the saturated content of different pigments in the reference mortar was determined.The effects of iron oxide pigments on the physical properties of the reference mortar were analyzed by testing the indexes of fluidity,apparent density,gas content,water absorption and shrinkage.The effects of pigments and polymer emulsions on cement hydration were analyzed by hydration heat test,X-ray phase analysis test and microscopic characterization.The long-term anti-sliding performance of polymer modified color mortar was evaluated by using a pendulum apparatus and a dynamic friction coefficient tester.The chemical corrosion resistance of the polymer modified color mortar was evaluated by studying the color change,mass loss,strength durability and microscopic morphology of the corroded polymer modified color mortar.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of the colorimeter show that the saturated content of iron oxide green,iron oxide red and iron oxide blue in the reference mortar is 15%,10%and 15%of the amount of cement in the reference mortar,respectively.(2)The iron oxide pigment has a small particle size and can fill in the mortar,which can enhance the internal structure of the reference mortar,thereby improving the physical properties and mechanical properties of the reference mortar.The effect of iron oxide green on the performance of the reference mortar is most significant.When the iron oxide green content is 15%,the compressive strength of the two reference mortars is greater than 42 MPa,the flexural strength is greater than 9.7 MPa,and the bond strength is greater than 3.1 MPa.(3)The iron oxide pigment can promote the hydration of cement in the polymer cement slurry.With the increase of the amount of iron oxide pigment,the hydration rate of the polymer cement mortar was accelerated,the hydration heat release was increased.Besides,the iron oxide pigment can provide more nucleation site for the hydration product,which can increase the cement hydration product in the reference mortar.Moreover,Pigments can form channels between cement particles and water,which can promote normal hydration of cement.(4)The long-term anti-sliding properties of the reference modified mortar are significantly improved by the addition of iron oxide pigments.The polymer modified color mortar has a BPN of more than 72 and an abrasion value of less than 36 g/m~2.When the content of iron oxide green,red and blue is 15%,10%and 15%,respectively,the polymer modified color mortar has the best comprehensive anti-sliding performance and wear resistance,and then the long-term anti-sliding performance is the best.(5)The incorporation of iron oxide pigment improves the structural compactness of the reference mortar and blocks the intrusion of corrosive media.Therefore,the polymer modified color mortar has good chemical corrosion resistance.
