| Flexible flywheel is an important component of automotive engine transmission system.Its machining dimensional accuracy directly affects the stability of the transmission and the NVH performance of the engine.Therefore,the comprehensive inspection of the product quality of the flexible flywheel improves the quality and processing technology of the flywheel.Parameter optimization has practical meaning.Firstly,for the flexible flywheel detection requirements,the system analyzes the principle of contact measurement and non-contact measurement,and uses the contact measurement principle to detect the tooth top runout of the flexible flywheel,the ring gear end face jump,and the parallelism of 6 positions.The contact measurement principle detects the gear meshing detection requirements of the flexible flywheel and the signal tooth profile and quantity.Secondly,a flexible flywheel integrated detection device consisting of automatic detection components,moving parts,data acquisition system,control system,manual debugging module and base is designed.The control requirements for the flexible flywheel integrated detection device are designed to be minimal.System,communication interface current and start-up,emergency stop circuit and other hardware circuits and control system software operation interface composed of parameter setting interface,online detection interface and data recording interface,can simultaneously observe the change law of product quality and The quality parameters of the current product.The test results show that the single-piece detection time is about 35s,the maximum variance of the repeatability test is 5×10-7,and the maximum standard deviation is 5.25×10-7.The designed flexible flywheel comprehensive detection device has fast measurement speed and measurement results.Accurate and stable,the development of the device has certain practical significance for improving the quality of domestic flexible flywheel products and improving the performance of engine NVH. |
