There are a large number of uncertainties and risks in the large and medium-sized sluice projects,and the risks are identified in a timely and accurate manner,and effective measures are taken to eliminate the risks to ensure the safe operation of the sluice project.Therefore,the risk analysis of large and medium sluice projects is very necessary.On the basis of summarizing the development history of risk analysis at home and abroad,based on the statistical analysis of the safety appraisal data of large and medium-sized sluice projects in Liaoning Province,this paper has created a complete risk analysis process for the current sluice project,aiming at The sluice project operation risk method is analyzed,and then more reasonable and effective measures are taken to reduce risks and turn to safety.In view of how to carry out the risk analysis of large and medium-sized sluice projects in Liaoning Province,this paper mainly does the following work:(1)According to the establishment principle of the index system,according to industry norms and standards,a risk analysis index system is established in accordance with the sluice project.The efficiency coefficient method is used to establish the scoring standard of the sluice risk index,the dimension and the order of magnitude between different indicators are unified,and the clustering analysis method based on association is applied to filter the index.According to the engineering overview of the 24 large and medium-sized sluice projects in Liaoning Province and the investigation of the current situation of the project,from the initial38 identified risk indicators,the correlation between the indicators is removed and the importance between the indicators is ensured,and 14 indicators are selected as risk analysis calculations.The risk index establishes the sluice engineering risk analysis index system and lays a solid foundation for risk analysis calculation.(2)In this paper,the traditional analytic hierarchy process is subjectively judged that the uncertainty is too absolute.The interval analytic method is used to obtain the weight of each level index,and then the weight of each index to the total goal is calculated.The multi-objective linear weighting function method is applied to analyze the risk of the sluice,and the scoring interval corresponding to the risk level is established.The comprehensive score of the sluice risk assessment is calculated,and then the risk level of the sluice is determined,so that different sluice projects of different risk levels are adopted.Risk management measures.(3)Taking the large-scale sluice project of Daoerden and the middle-level sluice project of Yimianshan as examples,the risk analysis empirical research is carried out.The risk analysis is based on the project overview and on-site investigation.The risk analysis methodis applied to identify the risk indicators,risk analysis and risk assessment.The risk level of the Daoerden sluice project and Yimianshan sluice project,and take risk management measures.In this paper,the risk level of the Selden sluice and one side sluice engineering calculated by the risk analysis is exactly the same as that of the sluice safety appraisal,which verifies the accuracy and ease of operation of the risk analysis method.
