| Whether in daily life or military,MAV(Micro Air Vehicle)has extremely broad application prospect.In this decade,MAV has become a major research focus in the field of aircraft.Because of its small size,high flexibility,great concealment,the MAV can complete various tasks in complex terrain.The MAV is mainly composed of two parts: mechanical system and power system.The piezoelectric actuator is the core component of the power system,which directly affect the ability of micro-aircraft flight.Whether the requirements can be met is the key part of MAV power system.The object of this paper is the nail-scale micro-aircraft,mainly on the micro-aircraft power system studies.Through a comprehensive analysis of a variety of circuit topologies and explore,circuit topology and implementation is designed,which in line with MAV’s design parameters.We carried out the following tasks:First,we give a comprehensive analysis of various micro circuit topology,and concern with the possibility of miniaturization.We have studied a variety of switching power supply.Finally,we obtain a boost topology with better parameters.Secondly,the precept of booster circuit processing should be designed and the circuit should be debugged.The key parameters of the booster circuit should by measured.The circuit should also be minimized so as to get the final plan of the lightest and smallest circuit.Then the signal driver circuit is designed which can produce the arbitrary waveform signal,whose peak-peak voltage is equal to the DC voltage value.The charge collection problem is solved to improve the conversion efficiency.The implementation approach and operation method of the circuit are given in theory and the lookup table of the theoretical formula to the needs of the program is proposed.Finally,in the process of the experiment,this paper puts forward a novel and feasible technology of welding piezoelectric actuator,which can greatly improve the performance and rate of welded piezoelectric actuators. |
