Compared with the traditional aircraft,micro air vehicle with small size,light weight and other advantages,has become the mainstream of international research.Micro air vehicle mainly divided into fixed wing,rotor and flapping wing.Among them,the micro-flapping wing flight has the advantages of flexibility,concealment and advanced efficiency.A piezoelectric actuator with a micro-flapping wing is a new type of vehicle that drives the actuator directly to the wing and reduces energy transfer losses.In the design of the flapping wing of the aircraft design,wing is the most critical parts.Through the flutter of the wing detection,to determine the performance of the aircraft performance advantages and disadvantages,to further optimize the preparation.Firstly,the wing structure of the research group is introduced,which is an imitation dragonfly wing.Based on the analysis of the wing,the basic situation of the flapping frequency and the amplitude of the wing are obtained,and their influence on the lift coefficient is analyzed.The amplitude and frequency of the wing wing are determined as the detection target.At the same time,the methods of optical self-collimation and laser triangulation are proposed,and the correlation analysis is carried out.The numerical simulation of the mathematical model of the oblique triangular method is also carried out,and the detection scheme based on the oblique laser triang method is determined.On this basis,the overall design of the test program,and put forward the test indicators.The size of the incident path,the angle of incidence,the object distance and the image distance are determined by calculating the optical path structure of the detection scheme.We selected key devices and designed a test platform built from light sources,imaging lenses and photodetectors.After that,we use Lab VIEW to design the software interface of the detection system,realize the PSD voltage signal and spot position signal acquisition,processing and storage.The interface with real-time dynamic display of the spot position is obtained,which provides a software platform for the subsequent flapping detection experiment.Finally,the factors that cause the error of the test platform are analyzed.The influence of environmental factors,device performance and surface characteristics of the measured object on the detection platform is mainly analyzed,and the corresponding error compensation method is put forward.
