Research On The Key Parameters In The Proficiency Test For The Standby Power Test

Proficiency test is a technical action appraising the testing ability of participants by comparing their key measuring results.Standby power measurement is a fundamental test in the energy efficiency testing for electrical products.And it is also an important basis for evaluating the laboratory testing capability of the energy efficiency test.This thesis studies the key parameters that affect the test results of the standby power consumption,and then designs an evaluation method of the standby power measurement.This thesis determines the key parameters that affect the standby power measurement through investigating and comparing the different energy efficiency testing standards.Based on the research results,a proficiency test item is designed for a variety of energy efficiency testing standards.Then a proficiency test can be carried out by using the designed proficiency test items.In addition,the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation method can be confirmed by studying and analyzing the feedback results of participants.Moreover,this thesis uses the database software develop a proficiency test management system,which is applied to the proficiency test.The research shows that the proficiency test using the designed proficiency test items is an appropriate evaluation method for the standby power measurement.Meanwhile,the method of determining proficiency test items provides a new design idea for the domestic proficiency test providers.
