With the rapid of science and technology,more and more serious environmental deterioration and energy shortage situation has became.China is the biggest developing country in the world,which now is in a critical period of rapid development and needs more energy recently.At present,China is located in the second place in the world,while building energy consumption accounts for more than half of the proportion of all energy consumption,so we can not wait to analyze the influence factors of building energy consumption.However,the study of cold region of low energy building consumption is relatively lag behind,it needs deeper research.Energy-saving design requirements of cold region is different from other thermal partition.This paper aims to research medical building palisade in cold region.DeST is applied to analyze building energy consumption based on different medical building palisade modes.This paper analyzed the influence degree of palisade on building energy consumption and the medical building energy consumption strategy is put forward.The purpose of this paper is to conduct the medical building energy consumption simulation with DeST-c,to seek medical building energy consumption strategy.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,by understanding the current research situation and background,analyze northeast cold region climate condition in China and building heat preservation and heat insulation in winter.At the same time,analyze the suitable building energy consumption strategy on the basis of summed up the experience of forefathers’research.Secondly,By summing up the field of building energy efficiency as well as energy-saving of medical building analysis in the cold area to analyze the energy-saving potential of medical building.Then the DeST-c software was introduced,analyse of the characteristics of the climatic environment area,simulation model and establish the foundation.Finally disturbance and construction parameters in building energy simulation process needed internal are introduced and defined.Thirdly,sum up the suitable for the combinations of building palisade in northeast cold regions by comparing different simulation experiments.Finally,based on an practical case—the fourth affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university outpatient surgery building,in the actual design process of medical building energy consumption,according to the simulation results to fix the architectural design,using the appropriate building energy consumption strategy.Taking theory back to reality and getting good practical effect.Simulation setup parameters which are mentioned in the thesis are established on the basis of sufficient theoretical analysis and have very strong objectivity and controllability,Hope that this article study provides a certain reference value in the northeast cold region building energy consumption.
