The renovation of existing buildings has always been an important research topic in the field of architecture.Due to the relatively backward economic conditions in the construction era,a large number of existing office buildings have poor indoor comfort and high energy consumption.Obviously,demolition and reconstruction will cause greater waste of resources,so it is of great significance to analyze reasonable renovation methods.In the context of incremental to inventory development in China,this thesis focuses on the relationship between design parameters of the envelope and building energy consumption,indoor wind environment,light environment,with the improvement of building energy efficiency performance as the primary goal,put forward the envelope transformation strategy of cold zone B office buildings.This thesis firstly combs the status quo of different types of existing office buildings through actual engineering case investigation,field measurement and questionnaire investigation,and summarizes the common problems in the thermal performance,ventilation performance and lighting performance of the envelope,providing a basis for the proposal of renovation direction and strategy.The third chapter of the thesis extracts the standard model of existing office buildings,takes the improvement of thermal performance of the envelope structure as the foothold,studies the relationship between thermal performance of the envelope and energy consumption of the building,and obtains various optimizations combined with economic analysis.Finally,put forward the concrete measures of thermal performance optimization design of the envelope.The fourth chapter of the thesis starts with the ventilation and lighting performance of the envelope,and analyzes the influence of the envelope design variables on the indoor natural ventilation environment,natural lighting environment and building heating,cooling,and lighting energy consumption through software simulation.And take the intersection of the natural lighting feasible region,natural ventilation feasible region and energy consumption feasible region of each optimization variable as the feasible region of the final coordinated optimization variable,so that the energy consumption of the building is reduced,and the quality of indoor wind environment and light environment is improved.Based on the above,combined with the architectural renovation design practice of an office building in Tangye,Jinan,the project’s facade shape,plane layout,thermal performance,ventilation and lighting performance of the project were investigated on site,then,the thermal performance and ventilation performance,daylighting performance renovation strategies of the envelope suitable for the office building are summarized and put forward,and used Design Builder,Phoenics and Daysim software to verify.The results show that the reconstructed building can achieve the goal of 65% energy saving,and the indoor natural light environment and natural ventilation environment have been improved.Therefore,the research results can provide a reference for the renovation of the office building envelope in cold zone B.
