| Nowadays,the commercial buildings in China,which is a type of architecture that having most closely related to the people,is being a lot of design and construction rapidly.The theories of commercial building enrich gradually,and the design techniques are more and more mature increasingly.As an important building in the city,commercial building not only facilitates the development of the city,but also improves the city space of living,and improves social activities too.Meanwhile,interior shared space in commercial building,as a new part of urban public space,organizes the flow distribution and the activities,to some extent,takes place of the traditional streets and plazas.In addition,the public interior shared space of the commercial building changes the city appearance,and brings customers to the commercial building,and promotes the economic growth and social progress and development.While the research and design of the interior shared space inside these buildings are relatively imperfect.The main content of this thesis is study on Wanda commercial building interior shared space,and the main example is Haxi Wanda Commercial Complex.Firstly,it’s necessary to research the domestic and foreign commercial buildings by sorting,summary and analysis.By way of analysis and research characters of Wanda Commercial Plaza,such as regionalism,history,format,layout,space,and so on,the design strategies of Wanda Commercial Plazas are detailed analysis.The second part focuses on that how the Wanda interior shared space is affected by the business form,business organization,Spatial Aesthetics and development mode.Eventually it’s example of commercial project researching and designing,which is the Haxi Wanda Commercial Plaza.There are four aspects are demonstrated in detail,those are interior shared space location,size,limit surface and spatial atmosphere.Additionally,discusses commercial development and consumer groups widely and multiple social significance by way of the characteristics of Wanda Commercial Plaza interior shared space,design strategy and tactics and for commercial buildings,... |
