| After the third industrial revolution,people have gradually entered the consumer society,has the purpose of shopping from commodity use attributes to symbol attribute,the pursuit of people for consumption has been from the material satisfaction into spirit,widening the category of "goods",in this case,the crowd consumption pattern has produced great changes.In addition,the Internet technology in more than 20 years,in the tide of commercialization has changed consumers’ demographic characteristics,consumer demand and consumption decision-making way and so on,causes great impact of domestic traditional retail enterprises in the national market.Under the joint action of the above two situations,the contemporary urban commercial complex has undergone a complex,integrated,thematic and three-dimensional transformation in terms of functions,formats,Spaces and forms.Based on the research system of the interface space obtained from the research,this paper selects the Minyuanyuan Wanda Plaza,located in Jiefang Road Business Circle,Mingcheng District,as the research object.Based on the actual cases,the interface space of Minyuanyuan Wanda Plaza is basically divided and investigated,and then the interface space is evaluated from three levels: Starting with "functional use","spatial perception" and "aesthetic effect",this paper analyzes the reality of the interface space of Wanda Plaza commercial complex.Finally,the transformation strategy is formulated for the interface space of Minyuan Wanda Plaza. |
