With the development of society,the problem of population aging is becoming increasingly serious,and the development of nursing facilities is unprecedentedly prosperous.As a kind of nursing facilities,nursing homes have become a mainstay in existing nursing facilities due to their wide audience and clear positioning.In the design of nursing homes,there is currently a lack of in-depth quantitative considerations for the comfort of the physical environment of the building;furthermore,the current national standards are relatively macroscopic,and there is no more targeted and adaptive design guidance for such special buildings.Based on the special climatic conditions in the severe cold region of Xinjiang,and combining the theory of physical environment comfort of the built environment,this article analyzes the indoor physical environment of the nursing home by investigating,measuring,and subjectively investigating the nursing home in Shihezi urban area.Design strategies applicable to nursing homes in severe cold regions of Xinjiang,with a view to improving the quality of life of the elderly.Firstly,from the perspective of architectural design,the main influencing factors affecting the comfort of the indoor environment of the nursing home are analyzed;including the three aspects of building site planning and design,building layout and building envelope structure.Then visit and research the nursing homes in Shihezi urban area.Through the survey of the scale,occupancy rate,year of completion,medical care and maintenance,and expenses of the nursing homes in Shihezi urban area,subjective questionnaire surveys are also conducted on the elderly living in them.The intuitive feeling analysis summarizes the existing deficiencies in nursing homes.On the basis of this study,a nursing home in Shihezi city was measured.Through the indoor air temperature and humidity,air flow rate and outdoor air temperature and humidity in different rooms,combined with a subjective questionnaire survey on the elderly,finally from the architectural design From the perspective,it proposes a design strategy for indoor living comfort in summer and winter: indoor comfort value range setting: the recommended indoor temperature of nursing homes is: 26 ~ 29℃ in summer and 20~24℃ in winter;relative humidity: 30%~50 in summer %,30%-40% in winter.Indoor wind speed: less than 0.2m/s in summer,no more than 0.5m/s is recommended for rooms with good natural ventilation;no more than 0.15m/s in winter;designed for the construction site: the best orientation of the building is approximately in the south Or 15° south-southwest,for architectural layout: when the window width is 1/3~2/3 of the bay width and the window opening area is 15%-20% of the floor area,indoor ventilation is optimal.For nursing homes,Opening a window is the most ideal way to open a window;for the indoor temperature is too high in summer,you can increase the movable sun visor,increase the height of the top layer and increase the thickness of the top insulation board to reduce the indoor temperature;for winter,you can improve the elderly by building a sun house on the roof Life,or add window ventilators toimprove indoor air quality,thereby improving the comfort of the elderly living environment.Based on the above research,the author used Ecotect,CadnaA and other software to conduct reliability simulation research on some of the proposed strategies to verify the applicability and reliability of the design strategy.At the same time,I also hope that the proposed design strategy can provide a reference for the design of nursing homes in severe cold areas in Xinjiang.
