In recent years,with the increase of rocket launch density,this poses a serious challenge to the quality and reliability of the rocket.The engine is the key part of the rocket,the normal work of the engine is of great significance to the successful launch of the rocket.The normal work of the bursting disc is related to the ignition of the rocket.The nick of the bursting disc at the present stage are mainly based on the experience of the operator,there are often problems of low qualification rate,low efficiency and low reliability.In order to solve these problems and improve the reliability of the rocket engine.In this paper,the nick of bursting disc is analyzed and the optimized scheme of the disk is put forward scientifically.Across to analysis of the mechanical properties of materialsof the bursting disc,base on the theory of Johnson-Cook,the mathematical model of the bursting disc is put forward,on the basis of this,the failure criterion of the material is put forward.In order to analyze the process of breaking the diaphragm under pressure,a scheme for the optimization analysis of the diaphragm mark simulation is made,and the overall program flow is optimized.Three factors that affect the pressure of the blasting are obtained by the analysis of the bursting disc blasting,the influence of the notch shape,the angle of the mark and the depth of the mark on the blasting pressure is studied in this paper,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent simulation.Through the theoretical analysis of bursting disc blasting,the finite element analysis model of bursting disc was set up,and the material characteristics and failure criteria were set.The simulation results are obtained through simulation,through analysis,the area and ventilation efficiency of the broken zone are obtained.Providing data base for subsequent analysis.Finally,the influence of the notch shape of the bursting disc on the performance of the film is analyzed.When the angle of the mark is moderate,the performance of the hexagram is the best,when the angle of the mark is larger or smaller,the performance of the cross-bonding is the best.Under the condition of the same mark type and mark depth,the ventilation efficiency will increase with the increase of the angle of the mark.Under the condition of the same mark type and mark angle,the ventilation efficiency will increase with the increase of the depth of the mark.
