In the 1980 s,China put forward the concept of "quality education",emphasizing that education should take the overall improvement of students’ basic qualities as the fundamental goal,and oppose the "exam-oriented education" model of simply pursuing student achievement and higher education rates.Since then,China has continued and deepened its attempts and implementation of educational reforms.In 2017,the Nineteenth National Congress report clearly stated that priority should be given to the development of education,“development of quality education,promotion of education equity,and development of socialist builders and successors of all-round development of Germany,the United States,the United States,and the United States” in order to reform the concept of basic education in our country.The new exploration of the teaching model provides an important opportunity.And this change will inevitably have a significant impact on the primary and secondary carrier of elementary education-primary and secondary school campus space.At the same time,a large number of research and research reports pointed out that the health status of children in our country has shown a downward trend in recent years,and health problems such as overweight,obesity and myopia have become increasingly prominent.One of the important reasons leading to this situation is the general lack of children’s physical activity.The primary and secondary school is an important place for children to learn and live daily.Their environment will greatly affect the level of physical activity and health of primary and secondaryschool children.Based on the reform of education concept and the lack of children’s physical activity,the article explores the design of primary and secondary school campus cultural and sports activities from the perspective of physical activity promotion.I hope to explore the spatial design of cultural and sports activities to improve the overall environment of schools and further realize children Better development.The article first systematically elaborates the research background,research dynamics,related concepts and research methods of the spatial design of primary and secondary school campus cultural and sports activities from the perspective of physical activity promotion.Secondly,based on literature research,case analysis and field research,the basic composition,function analysis and shooting target of elementary and middle school campus cultural and sports activities are described.Based on this,the article further studied the specific design strategies of the space for physical and sports activities in primary and secondary schools,and conducted a detailed discussion on four aspects: spatial accessibility,spatial attractiveness,spatial comfort,and spatial ambiguity.Finally,the article explores the design practice with design examples,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the design of primary and secondary school campus cultural and sports activities through the introduction of design practices.
