With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,the trend of educational informatization and building intelligence has had a huge impact on the teaching mode and architectural design of primary and secondary schools.Under this background,traditional primary and secondary schools are gradually transforming into smart schools.Aiming at the teaching space of primary and secondary schools,this article first collects data through literature research and questionnaire surveys to analyze the current problems and space needs in the teaching space of primary and secondary schools,and summarizes the integration of information technology in the concept of smart schools to integrate multiple teaching,interconnection and integration to optimize all-round management,Ubiquitous in-depth education continues learning and development,and interactive perception enhances the four key points of the campus environment.Then,coupling the concept of smart school with the research results of teaching space in elementary and middle schools,proposes the design goal of teaching space in smart school.Based on this goal,the design principle is constructed.This article proposes a modular design principle to guide the space in response to the needs of complex and flexible expansion of space functions Function optimization;in response to the open,interactive,age-friendly needs of the space environment,interactive design principles are proposed to guide the creation of the space environment.Finally,the countermeasures are proposed from the architectural discipline level.In the design of space functions,the composite of modular functions should be used to realize the ubiquitous diversification of the space.The standardization of the modular function layout realizes informatization teaching,and the flexibility of modular function conversion promotes the elastic growth of space.In the environment optimization design,an intelligent and efficient information environment should be used to promote the interconnection and interaction of the teaching space,the age-friendly space environment optimizes students’ ubiquitous and sustainable learning,and the adaptive and visual physical environment realizes intelligent adjustment of temperature,humidity and air quality..Study and demonstrate the mechanism of the smart school concept on the development of teaching space in primary and secondary schools,and propose design principles and design strategies through literature research,case analysis,and simulation calculations,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the current design and construction of teaching spaces in smart schools.It is also hoped that the space design of the smart school will serve as a catalyst for the construction of smart cities,so as to form a fully interconnected and ubiquitous shared smart teaching space system.
