With the rapid development of modern industry,the air pollution becomes increasingly serious.The innovation and progress of the Internet of Things technology has made the Internet of Everything already in its infancy.It is the design direction of the era control technology to realize the intelligentization of the controller while improving the air quality.However,at current stage,the air purifier control system is still not mature enough to enable data sharing.Therefore,this project aims at building a stable and reliable air purifier control system through the IoT technology to realize data transmission among intelligent controller,cloud server,and mobile clients and real-time monitoring of their running status.In short,the system will achieve data sharing among smart devices while improving air quality.The cloud server technology adopted in this design is a simple and efficient data-storage technology.Compared with the traditional physical storage,the cloud server can greatly expand storage space and realize interactive management of data,which will further minimizes development costs.The IoT technology utilizes sensor devices to transmit data in combination with a specific data prot ocol format,ultimately enabling monitoring of the scene and enabling data communication between any intelligent controllers.Air purification technology achieves air purification through different media such as negative ion,ozone and HEPA(High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter).The mobile client technology is an interface between the interaction of man and machine.It can remotely control the intelligent controller from anywhere,and also implement data feedback by the cloud technology and the WIFI network.This paper makes preliminary market research based on the relevant standards of purifier control system and with above-mentioned technologies,conducts comprehensive study and design of the functions,technologies,and user experience of the air purifier control system.Through the preliminary market research,this paper discusses the enhancement of controller function by adding PIR(Passive Infra Red)module,power detection module and current leakage detection module.At the end of the study,the schematic design,PCB(Printed Circuit Board)design,programming and testing were completed.The test results show that the intelligent air purifier control system can be ran in a steady state with simple control,achieve certain effect of air purification and finally realize hardware intelligence.
