Research On Design Of Contemporary Waterfront Public Buildings In The City Of Cold Area

Water and mountain scenery is the gold and silver mines.Ice and snow is also gold and silver mines.Whether it is the small bridge or the icy mile,the water system is the most important natural element in the city,and it affects the development of the city all the time in terms of economy,culture and ecology.As the most closely related building type in the city,waterfront buildings bear the transitional role of social and natural transformation,and are the symbol of urban image and culture.Therefore,they are increasingly valued by builders.With the development of the times and the transformation of architecture,the emergence of new concepts and new technologies have brought different developments to the waterfront buildings.Due to its special climatic conditions,cold cities often lack vitality in winter,while waterfront buildings are known as urban living rooms and have the effect of activating urban atmosphere.Therefore,the cold waterfront public building has high research value as a catalyst for urban vitality.The entry point of this paper is derived from the contradiction between the influencing factors of the waterfront public building design in the cold city.The cold building gives a heavy,closed feeling,while the waterfront building is characterized by lightness and transparency.How to reconcile the contradiction between the two factors to achieve moderate design has spawned the basic research framework of this paper.The author splits the keywords of the waterfront public buildings in the cold city to analyze the influencing factors,obtains the ecological climate factors of the cold region,combines the historical human factors and the natural landscape factors of the water system,and accordingly proposes the principle of dynamic climate change,the principle of compound cultural inclusiveness and the principle of integration of the environment.Finally regard the principle of overall coordination and appropriateness as the criteria for comprehensively dealing with all influencing factors to constitute the basic theoretical framework of the whole research.Based on the above theoretical research results,the author collected a large number of cold water city waterfront public buildings cases to analyze and summarize and sort out the common points of the case with logical rationality.First of all,the space design method is divided into indoor space,semi-outdoor space and outdoor space.Considering the three factors of adapting to the cold climate,continuing the field context and maximizing the use of water landscape,the corresponding design methods are proposed.Next,in terms of architectural form,it is divided into three parts: building shape,waterfront facade and top interface.The building shape is divided into the site into water with strange form,the site adjacent water with blanking form and the site near water with similar form by the distance between the building and the water body.The waterfront facade is divided into compound open sun interface,regular and transparent negative interface and interface guided by the situation according to the relative positional relationship between the building and the water body.Furthermore,combining the factors of climate,culture and landscape,three corresponding roof form construction methods are proposed.Through the systematic analysis of the case,a set of relatively perfect modern coastal city waterfront public building design method system is proposed,which will provide useful guidance for future related architectural creation.
