With the global economic growth,resource and environmental crisis more serious,green building as a powerful means to alleviate the crisis is being advanced rapidly,but at present,the evaluation of green building methods are mostly evaluation of measures,rather than performance evaluation,heavy workload at the same time may not be able to reflect the actual performance of green buildings.Based on the actual performance of green buildings,combined with the classical KPI concept of management,this paper establishes a convenient evaluation system which can accurately reflect the performance of green buildings through the setting of a small number of core performance indicators.Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes three typical green building evaluation systems at home and abroad,and lays a foundation for the three standards from standard overview,evaluation rating method,evaluation index system and energy chapter provisions in four parts,for the subsequent establishment of performance-based evaluation system and in-depth energy performance evaluation.After the three standard green building concept and attention points,the main technical content and the realization way of three aspects of comparative analysis,on the basis of which put forward from the improvement of green building basic research,encourage systematic integration of indicators,the establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation system,such as 6 recommendations,for China's subsequent development of a new version of green Building rating system for reference.In order to construct the performance evaluation Index system,based on the research and analysis of the three standards,the core idea of performance evaluation is defined,and after the core index refining criterion is established,the three standards are refined under the framework of "four knots and one environmental protection".The core performance index of the three main standards which are produced by the CPC and which can best reflect the architectural performance is further condensed,and the calculation method and the following improvement ideas are described in detail.Then,the threshold,benchmark,weight,scoring mode and rating of performance evaluation are set up,and the performance evaluation system of green building is preliminarily constructed.On the basis of constructing the performance-based evaluation system of green building,the evaluation of energy performance is further perfected,the index of evaluating the overall thermal performance of enclosures is put forward,and the index SIPLV to evaluate the overall energy efficiency of HVAC system is evaluated,and the equivalent electric proportional index X is evaluated to evaluate the utilization of renewable energy.Indicators for evaluating lighting performance The maximum annual lighting power density is Lmax.Then,using the preliminary and perfect energy performance evaluation system,the test evaluation of a case building with a national standard of three stars is carried out,and through the calculation of four core performance indexes,it is found that the performance evaluation system actually reflects the architectural performance,can give full play to the creativity of designers,the workload is small,the objectivity is strong,It can be used as a pre-evaluation or post-verification evaluation of Green building evaluation in China.
