With development of society,residents pay more attention to indoor environment and health.Kitchens are the main source of pollution in residential buildings.During the cooking process,a large amount of residual heat and excessive particulate matter will be generated,which will not only affect the human body’s thermal comfort,but also endanger human health.In addition,with the development of building technology,the building’s airtightness is increasing.Traditional kitchens only supply the nessesary air by infiltrate through door’s and window’s gap,which can not meet the needs of creating a healthy kitchen environment.Because the problems existing in the current domestic kitchen,this paper proposes a new ventilation method suitable for the domestic kitchen,in order to improve the kitchen thermal environment during cooking and effectively control the particulate matter produced by cooking.This paper firstly proposes a new ventilation and air-conditioning integrated system based on the current situation of the kitchen and uses ANSYS software to simulate the kitchen room.At the same time,it conducts testing in a residential kitchen in Changsha,Hunan Province,and studies the changes in the indoor thermal environment under the new ventilation mode.The test data verifies the simulation results and verifies the reliability of the model.After that,the characteristics of the indoor environment during the cooking of the conventional kitchen were studied and compare the different airtight buildings.Then,the indoor environment characteristics when starting the system were studied,and the comparison test was used to formulate the opening and closing control strategy for the supplement air and air conditioner.Finally,by changing the air supply air supply temperature,air conditioning air supply angle,and wind speed,study how the above factors affect the characteristics of the system,and design orthogonal tests to study the important order of the influencing factors and find the finest combination of these factors for kitchen thermal environment and air quality.The research results of show that the new ventilation mode of the system can effectively improve the indoor environment of the kitchen during cooking,and it can keep better effects in a wide range of outdoor fresh air temperatures.The research work in this paper can be applied to the improvement and optimization of the indoor environment of the home kitchen to provide a useful reference.
