With the development of industrial technology,the accurate measurement of angular acceleration of axis rotation plays an increasingly important role in the field of mechanical power equipment.Since the rotating process of the shaft is high speed,how to realize high-speed and high-precision acquisition of angular displacement of the rotating shaft is an important problem to be solved in the process of angular acceleration measurement.According to the requirement of dynamic torque calibration,the angular acceleration of sinusoidal change with frequency of 10 Hz is measured.The measurement uncertainty is 0.5 rad/s~2.In order to achieve high-precision measurement of angular acceleration of rotating axle,this paper proposes an angular measurement and compensation scheme based on the definition of angular acceleration.The angular acceleration is solved by measuring angular displacement,and the uncertainty of angular acceleration is analyzed.In angle measurement,this paper starts with the principle of angle measurement error,analyses the error caused by radial shaking and inclination of axis,and puts forward a measurement scheme based on double reading head and multi-channel sensor.According to the proposed measurement scheme,a data acquisition system is designed to realize synchronous acquisition of angular displacement measured by grating and axle offset compensation measured by multi-sensor.Based on the designed STM32+FPGA dual core processor board and CPLD raster data acquisition card,the acquisition process of the lower computer is realized.In the upper computer,using Visual Studio 2015 software,using C#language to control the interface design.After obtaining the experimental data,the Fourier spectrum analysis of the angle measurement data is carried out and the mathematical model is established.The non-linear least squares optimization algorithm is used to fit the curve of each frequency component of angular displacement,and the expressions of angular displacement and angular acceleration are obtained.Finally,the uncertainty of angular acceleration is analyzed and the index is verified.
