The computer interlocking system is an important guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the modern railway signal system.It has a great influence on the safety and efficiency of the railway transportation,and the fault has been one of the important factors affecting the signal system.The rapid positioning and maintenance of the signal equipment failure can guarantee the safety and efficiency of the railway transportation.Nowadays,there are many problems in fault analysis and fault location methods,such as low efficiency,heavy workload,and no guarantee of timeliness and accuracy.This paper combines the virtual 3D technology,uses the 3Dmax to build the model of the signal equipment,uses the Unity3 D to build the indoor and outdoor scenes of the station,and combines the existing two dimensional computer interlocking software to realize the communication between the software,which makes the fault information displayed in the two dimensional software,and can make the fault fast through the 3D software.Speed positioning and display.In this paper,the 3Dmax software is used to make a careful study and analysis of the ZD6 model switch machine.Through the step modeling,the detailed model construction is completed.At the same time,animation is added to the related parts of the switch machine involved in the action.At the same time,the track circuit and signal lights and other signal devices were modeled,and the FBX file was exported.Secondly,a good switch machine and track circuit are introduced into the Unity3 D software to simulate the real station environment,and use Unity3 D to build the indoor and outdoor scenes of the station,including the outdoor terrain,the laying of the lines,the display mechanism of different animation,and the addition of multiple cameras.A state view of a different device.Finally,through communication technology,the communication between the 3D software and the two dimensional computer interlocking software is completed.The driving state and fault information data in the two-dimensional software can be transmitted to the 3D software.The latter is processed to find the corresponding 3D outdoor equipment and drive it to display the corresponding action state,thus realizing the soft interlocking of the computer.The status of the vehicle is checked,or the fault is displayed quickly.
