In recent years,the number of vehicles in the country has increased dramatically,and a large number of old automobile parts have come together.The unreasonable handling of old automobile parts will cause problems such as environmental pollution and waste of resources.The management of old parts recycling is an important method for automobile industry to achieve cost reduction and efficiency,and is one of the keys to achieving circular economy.Environmental benefits have become an important indicator for evaluating the operational performance of enterprises.The recycling of old parts plays an important role in establishing a brand image and enhancing brand competitiveness.At present,there is a set of automobile after-sales service management system put into practical use on the automobile industry value chain coordination platform.The multi-year operation has gathered a large number of automobile after-sales service business data,which provides data support for the supplier’s old parts management and old parts data analysis.This paper is based on the perspective of automobile parts suppliers,with the goal of achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and conducting the following three aspects of research.First,extract and clean the relevant business data resources accumulated by the platform for many years,conduct multi-dimensional statistical analysis on the old business data,form a data analysis report,assist the enterprise to discover the value of the old parts data,and support the component suppliers to make The strategic decision to achieve the purpose of adding value to the old parts data.Secondly,in view of the problems existing in the current management of the old parts,this paper proposes an optimization plan for the old parts processing business,which reduces the recycling management of the old parts and reduces the management and logistics costs of the old parts recycling.Finally,based on the supplier’s historical old parts recycling cost trend,predict the supplier’s old parts recycling cost.The forecast of old parts recycling cost is of great significance for enterprise product quality control and production decision optimization.In this paper,by comparing several typical prediction algorithms,design the supplier’s old parts recycling cost prediction model,and the model is verified by the platform old parts data.This paper develops and realizes the system with ASP.Net and SQL Server based on three-layer architecture and B/S mode.According to the requirements,the system designs and implements by these main modules: old automobile parts data analysis,old automobile parts file management,old automobile parts business management and cost forecast.Using Echart open source tools to realize data visualization and multi-dimensional analysis on old parts data,providing enterprises with a way to add value and information feedback.
