With the deepening of economic globalization and the continuous progress of scientific and technological productivity,the individualized demand of consumers and the characteristics of diversified demand are gradually changing.Enterprises participating in the current market competition,in the face of such fierce and severe market environment,want to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market,it is necessary to change the management ideas of enterprises and improve the management level of enterprises.The traditional supplier management mode is both old and conservative,which has been unable to help enterprises to reduce operating costs and increase market competitive advantage in the current economy.In this thesis,F company mold supplier management as the research object,is divided into seven parts.The first part,the introduction.This thesis mainly introduces the research background,practical significance and main research methods,and compares the research status at home and abroad.The second part,clear concepts and introduce related theoretical tools.Starting from the concept of supplier management,the basic contents and theoretical tools of supplier management are introduced.The third part,the specific analysis of F mold supplier management status and problems.Combined with the relevant data of F company,the current status of supplier management is comprehensively analyzed,and the existing problems in supplier management of F company are mainly studied.The fourth part puts forward F supplier classification strategy optimization.According to the specific purchase data of F company,the purchasing goods are classified,the ABC classification and Kraljic matrix classification are used to classify the suppliers,and the management strategies are determined.The fifth part,F company supplier evaluation and selection strategy optimization,set supplier evaluation index and weight,and effectively choose all kinds of suppliers.The sixth part,F company procurement strategy optimization.According to the characteristics of different types of suppliers,personalized procurement methods are formulated.Develop and optimize different types of mold suppliers to apply different procurement strategies.The seventh part,the conclusion and the prospect.Research conclusions: This thesis makes use of ABC classification,Kraljic matrix method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to study the management of die supplier in F company,and puts forward the management strategy of general supplier,leveraged supplier,bottleneck supplier and strategic supplier,and should adopt different evaluation policies for different types of suppliers.The strategic type attaches importance to quality,the lever type pays attention to the price,the bottleneck type pays attention to the delivery;the strategic supplier should carry out the joint inventory management,the leveraged supplier should adopt the purchase management strategy of the inventory management;the regular purchasing strategy should be adopted for the bottleneck supplier;the general supplier should take the punctual system.Purchasing management strategy.The supplier management plan proposed in this thesis can not only help F company upgrade supplier management level,but also provide experience reference for other enterprises.
