As an important part of the transportation system in Sichaun,mountain roads play an important role in the social and economic development of Sichaun.Mountain roads are often built along mountains and rivers.In addition to the changeful climatic and topographic conditions in Sichaun,water damage often happens to the highway along the river.In order to accurately evaluate the risk of flood damage mountains highway along the river,a set of flood risk assessment methods suitable for Sichaun province should be established.In order to achieve the goal of disaster prevention and reduction,reasonable risk management and preventive measures should be taken.For this reason,this paper establishes a hierarchical risk assessment system for flood disaster on the riverside highway in mountainous areas of Sichaun province,and proposes technical measures for risk management from the perspective of prevention and control.(1)In order to study the characteristics and influencing factors of flood destruction of mountainous highway along the river in Sichaun,this paper collects the existing research data,design data,emergency data and field investigation data of flood destruction of mountainous highway along the river in Sichaun,and combines expert opinions to determine the factors affecting the flood destruction of mountainous highway along the river in Sichaun.(2)In order to In order to accurately assess the risk of flood damage of mountain highways along the river in operation period,this paper established a hierarchical risk assessment system.The assessment system includes two parts: the preliminary risk assessment and the detailed risk assessment.The primary risk assessment method is mainly to establish the preliminary assessment table of highway water damage risk by summarizing the existing norms and guidelines at home and abroad,referring to literatures and combining with the opinions of experts in the industry.This method is mainly to screen out the disaster points with high risks so as to provide research objects for the subsequent detailed assessment.The detailed risk assessment method is divided into two parts: detailed scoring system and quantitative risk assessment method.It is to conduct more professional and detailed risk assessment for the objects selected in the preliminary risk assessment,so as to screen out the disaster spots that are highly likely to have the risk of water damage.(3)In order to take reasonable risk disposal and preventive measures for the flood disaster of mountain highways along the river in operation period,this paper studies efficient and reasonable layered risk disposal countermeasures according to the different risk levels of the flood disaster and considering the use needs of the highway maintenance and management departments.The countermeasures have the advantages of adapting to different disaster degree and risk size,ensuring rapid recovery of highway capacity,high efficiency and economy.
