Analysis Of Ordinary National Highway And Preventive Maintenance In Sichuan

At present,primary task of national highway in Sichuan is shifting from construction to maintenance.While the social demand for highway maintenance becomes higher,the conventional highway maintenance management,decision-making method do not adjust timely,which affect the effective service of national highway.Maintenance requirement of national highway in Sichuan should transform from pure length requirement to the comprehensive requirement of pavement performance.Maintenance decision-making should change from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.We should use scientific method of preventive maintenance to improve the performance of national highway in Sichuan.This thesis conduct field trip,collecting basic data to analyze the main disease types and causes of them in national highway in Sichuan.We analyze the internal and external factors,use regression analysis to construct a prediction model of national asphalt highway performance Sichuan.After comparing the efficiency of pavement preventive maintenance at different times,we could determine the best maintenance timing and specific method.First,I do the on-site investigation,collect data and analyze the main disease types and causes of them in national highway in Sichuan.Second,I conduct the regression analysis using technical test data of G108,and build a prediction model of highway performance(PCI,RQI)based on traffic volume and thickness of pavement structure layer extending Professor Li,jun Sun's mode.Third,I add a pavement preventive maintenance coefficient into the prediction model.Comparing the efficiency of maintenance at different times,we could determine the optimal timing of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance.Finally,I consolidate the traditional measures of highway maintenance.Combining with new methods of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance and the reality of national highway in Sichuan,I propose specific maintenance methods for conditions such as cracks,loose,deformation,the micro table place and thin layer.
