Among the pavement types of our country's high-grade highways,asphalt pavement is mainly used because of its low noise,convenient maintenance and more comfortable driving experience.But in recent years,with the change of the environment and the increasingly heavy traffic load,the highway asphalt pavement has also appeared ruts,cracks,pits and other diseases,which have a serious impact on the durability of the highway,the comfort and safety of driving and the level of service quality of the highway.RCC base has the characteristics of high strength and good slab properties,it is of great benefit to improve the overall rigidity of asphalt pavement,reduce the surface deflection,reduce the occurrence of structural ruts and alleviate the fatigue damage of pavement.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the mix ratio,crack resistance,construction technology and construction quality control of RCC base of asphalt pavement.The main research is as follows:1.On the basis of the existing data and test,this paper combines with the Technical Specifications for Highway Base Construction has done the following work.First,this paper uses the volume method to carry on the roller compacted concrete coordination comparison trial calculation and trial mix.Then this paper uses the orthogonal table to carry on the orthogonal test design.Finally this paper uses the range analysis method to determine the best mix ratio.2.The splitting and flexural properties of RCC under different curing and compacting conditions;In order to obtain the proper fiber length and content,the crack resistance properties of the RCC modified by basalt fiber were analyzed,including compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting strength,tensile and compression ratio,compressive elastic modulus and elastic strength ratio;3.In order to verify the applicability of RCC base on asphalt pavement,the structural design verification of RCC base on asphalt pavement is carried out according to the actual construction site.4.There is no special specification for RCC pavement base,and some problems will appear in practice.Therefore,based on the introduction of RCC construction technology,this paper studies and analyzes the construction quality control and common problems encountered in construction,and puts forward reasonable suggestions at last.The paper has carried out a series of research on the crack resistance and construction technology of RCC,which has certain theoretical value and engineering reference significance.
