The metro engineering is more often located in bustling city center where ground and underground environment is very complex, engineering geology and hydrological conditions are complicated and volatile, besides, there are lots of construction methods and faces, all of these determine that there are many environment and safety risks in its construction. In addition, many uncertainties and unpredictable factors existing in the construction process more enlarged the metro construction's security risk. Taking this as the background, this article attempt to apply unascertained mathematical theory to the safety evaluation of metro engineering construction. Considering influence of uncertainties and unpredictable factors in the construction system to the safety condition, aiming at improving the safety assessment results'scientific and accuracy, one evaluation model based on unascertained mathematical theory was established.Firstly, the safety risk particularity of metro engineering construction was analyzed. On the basis of identification and analysis to hazard and harmful factors in the process of construction, considering from geological conditions, construction technology, project management, external risks, and so on principal aspects, safety evaluation index system of metro engineering construction was established.Secondly, outlining the methods to determine weight of evaluate indicator, Using the portfolio weighting of objective entropy and subjective G1 to assure the empower weight of evaluate indicator to avoid double defects of recent research's objective to empower the weight can not reflect expert's experience or subjective to empower the weight can't reflect objective conditions'change.Then, the feasibility of applying unascertained mathematical theory to the metro engineering construction safety evaluation was discussed. On the basis of outlining unascertained mathematical theory, the safety evaluation model based on unascertained mathematical theory was established. In this model, a new method combined with subjective G1 and objective entropy, was used to determine the weight of evaluating indicator. The relative difference function is used to get the safety subordinated function, Final according to confidence criterion to judgment the safety evaluation result of metro engineering construction.Finally, the evaluation model proposed in this paper was applied to safety assessment for two neighboring stations (red village stations to the yellow loyal street intersection stations) project constructions which is part of Line two bid 3 section of Chengdu Metro. The result showed that, the method proposed in this paper is rigorous and effective to safety assessment for metro engineering construction. Compared with traditional safety assessment method, it had considered the influence of uncertain informational to the safety condition, so its result is reasonable and fine.
