In recent years,the central decision-making deployment has comprehensively deepened the transportation reform measures,and at the same time accelerated the progress of railway construction in the western mountainous areas.The southwest mountainous area has ushered in the largest scale and most projects.Due to the dangerous terrain in the southwest mountainous area and the severe earthquake disaster,how to choose a reasonable route to cross the dangerous earthquake mountain area has become one of the core problems in the design stage of mountain railway line selection,and has high research value.Therefore,this paper takes the research on the optimization of the railway route plan in the earthquake mountain as the starting point and the foothold,and studies the two aspects of the mountain railway to the comprehensive comparison and the seismic risk analysis of the plan,and the plan for the construction of a new railway from Ya'an to Luding.The example is analyzed to verify the applicability and popularization of the research results,and provide reference for the design of mountain railway line selection.Firstly,the research background and significance is discussed of this paper,and makes a statistical analysis of the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content and technical route of this paper.Secondly,based on the statistical data of earthquake damage in the southwest mountainous area in recent years,the seismic damage mechanism analysis and seismic measures of the four railway structures of track,subgrade,bridge and tunnel are carried out,which is the comprehensive comparison and research and the strike plan of the follow-up approach.Seismic risk analysis provides reliable and accurate data support and theoretical basis.Thirdly,the influencing factors of the railway route plan is analyzed in the earthquake mountain area,and studies the evaluation index system of the railway direction plan in the earthquake mountain area.At the same time,the variable weight method and the gray correlation method are combined to give a comprehensive analysis of the quantitative qualitative indicators.And the variable weight method considers the comprehensive advantages of the weights of the restrictive factors such as earthquakes,and completes the comprehensive comparison and selection study of the railway route plan in the earthquake mountain area,which provides the basis for the seismic risk analysis of the subsequent strike plan.Fourthly,from the four aspects of seismic risk identification,assessment,processing and decision-making,the seismic risk analysis of the scheme is carried out.The joint probability model is used to calculate the earthquake recurrence probability,and the railway is based on the damage mechanism and the degree of disaster of different structures.Estimate the economic loss of earthquake damage,compare the risk level of the route to the earthquake risk standard,and complete the preferred research on the route plan.Finally,the research on the route plan of the Ya'an-Yuding section of a new railway is studied.On the basis of the analysis of the topographic and geological conditions of a new railway from Ya'an to Luding,the variable weight grey correlation method is used to carry out the comprehensive comparison and selection of the strike plan,and the selected strike plan is used to conduct seismic risk analysis,and the route plan of the project is completed.The preferred research verifies the applicability and generalization of the research results and provides a reference for the design of mountain railways.
