Study On Rural Construction Planning Of Jinzhai County In The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The current "rural revitalization" has become an important strategic deployment of the country.Planning and building vast rural areas and building beautiful China have become an urgent task for the country.The county is the carrier of the vast rural areas of China and an ideal platform for the implementation of rural revitalization.As a typical area of the Dabie Mountain area,Jinzhai County is a demonstration area for poverty alleviation in Anhui Province,a pilot project for the reform of rural housing sites in China,a red cultural tourism demonstration zone and a demonstration zone for beautiful rural construction.Under the guidance of national policies and the promotion of rural construction in Anhui Province,Exploring the research on the rural construction planning of Jinzhai County under the background of rural revitalization,it is of great significance to solve the problem of rural status in Jinzhai County,guide the rural construction of Jinzhai County,and realize the rural revitalization of Jinzhai County.In the context of rural revitalization,this paper uses the combination of field research and theory to analyze the key content of county-level rural construction planning,explore the planning goals and paths of county-level rural construction in the context of rural revitalization,and analyze the status quo of rural construction development in Jinzhai County.The county-level rural construction planning of Zhai County proposed the county-level rural construction planning strategy,in order to better promote the county-level rural construction in Jinzhai County.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combining the current background of the country's rural revitalization strategy and the introduction of relevant policies,it shows that the preparation of county-level rural construction planning is an important starting point for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.(2)Through the relevant theoretical research,combined with the current trend of rural construction planning,summarize and analyze the current situation,content and characteristics of rural construction at home and abroad,in order to provide guidance for the study of rural construction planning in Jinzhai County.(3)Combining case analysis,through horizontal comparison of the main contents of county-level rural construction planning and vertical induction,analyze the contents and planning strategies of relevant rural construction models under the background of rural revitalization,and sum up experience.(4)Combining the status quo of rural areas in Jinzhai County,and conducting relevant data analysis through questionnaires,etc.,analyze the problems in the industry,ecology,land use,governance and style of Jinzhai County.(5)Through the above analysis,explore the planning path of county rural construction planning and the planning strategy of rural construction planning in Jinzhai County.The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Under the background of rural revitalization,explore the planning path of county-level rural construction planning,grasp the orientation and direction of rural industrial development,create a livable ecological environment,scientifically carry out rural spatial layout,and improve rural public service facilities.Explore and enhance the rural cultural landscape,and guide the county-level rural construction planning from a macro level.(2)Based on the new goal of “prosperous industry”,“ecological livable”,“village-style civilization”,“effective governance” and “rich life”,study the rural construction planning of Jinzhai County in accordance with local conditions,from industry,In-depth study on ecological,rural land,spatial layout,facility equalization,and rural style,to promote the realization of rural revitalization in Jinzhai County.
