Rural Revitalization Under The Background Of The County Area Of Rural Road Construction Management Research

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party,the interpretation of how to carry out the development of rural industries,how to let the rural economy on a new level,put forward the future trend and the next step of the goal,this report put forward an important idea is the "rural revitalization strategy".In January 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council put forward the opinions on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and speeding up agricultural and rural modernization in the first article of the Central Committee,focusing on the beginning of the "14th Five-Year",and highlighting the strategic and directional nature of rural construction work.Rural road construction is an important transportation infrastructure for China’s basic economic development.With the improvement of economic development,the rural industrial structure has also changed a lot with the construction of rural roads.The development of logistics industry,agricultural and sideline products,tourism economy is gradually active,and the agricultural economy is gradually becoming modernized.It is imminent to change the backward state of rural roads to adapt to economic development.In recent years,with the development of rural economy in Xintai City,the traffic and transportation capacity has achieved unprecedented results,and the rural road conditions in Xintai City have been greatly improved.However,the planning and construction of rural road network have been very backward,which has seriously affected the development of rural economy.With the development of land resources,tourism resources and agricultural and sideline products in Xintai City,the traffic volume is increasing day by day.According to the observation data of the growth rate of township motor vehicles and traffic volume in Xintai City in recent years,the existing road conditions are difficult for cars to pass,which can not meet the needs of the development of traffic volume,so the upgrading of rural roads in Xintai City is imperative.Through finding and sorting out the problems and contradictions in the process of rural road construction and management in Xintai City,and carefully analyzing and studying the causes,it will promote the better development of rural road construction in Xintai City.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing deficiencies of rural road construction management in Xintai City,using the new public service theory,public product theory,synergism theory and project financing theory.Using literature research method,comparative analysis method and interview method,this paper systematically studies the present situation and problems of Xintai City.At the same time,we draw lessons from the advanced experience of rural road construction in some counties and districts in China,and summarize the suggestions of rural road management,such as scientific planning,widening financing channels,fine management and information data.Through the construction of rural roads for rural revitalization to lay a solid foundation for the realization of traffic power contribution.
