Manufacturing is the cornerstone of modern industry and an important carrier of a country's comprehensive national strength and international competitive strength.It plays an irreplaceable role in creating the gross national economic output and solving the livelihood and employment problems.In recent years,the manufacturing industry has always been in a good development trend,but now it is causing a new round of industrial transformation and upgrading.Since the first production line was proposed,the assembly line has been developing rapidly in various countries and has become the most common and extensive production mode in China's manufacturing industry.This paper based on the research of the assembly line at home and abroad and the development course and the research status and development of generalized stochastic Petri nets(GSPN)and the end of the discussion,and then combined with the characteristics of manufacturing assembly line production,as well as details of the specific conditions of the engine assembly line,for engine testing part in the assembly line process,established by the method of GSPN model under the three test link one analyzes,further quantitatively analyzed using the method of GSPN.After that,model 2 and model 3 under the double detection link and model 4 under the single detection link were established.Finally,comparison and sensitivity analysis of the four models were conducted.The performance index parameters of the assembly line selected in this paper are mainly as follows: the busy probability of each library in the GSPN model,the number of token entered in unit time,the average number of token in the subsystem,the average working time of assembly production line,the utilization rate of system resources,and the throughput of the whole process model.The parameters of each performance index in the four models were calculated in turn,and the sensitivity analysis of each performance index was carried out,followed by separate analysis and research on transition time and qualification rate,and the conclusion was drawn.Through optimization and improvement,the optimization and improvement target of assembly line can be achieved,so as to save resources and improve efficiency,output and quality.It has direct guiding and enlightening significance for the operation of related manufacturing industry.In addition,it has certain academic and theoretical significance.
