The construction of power transmission and transformation projects involves many professional fields,which have the characteristics of strong technology,long construction period and difficult construction.It brings great challenges to the construction and management of power transmission and transformation projects.From planning and design to completion and commissioning,risk management must run through the whole construction of power transmission and transformation projects.Risk management focuses on risk prevention and control,which is of great significance to ensure the quality,quantity,reliability and timely construction of power transmission and transformation projects.In this paper,the risk management of Weifang Gaomi Dalan 110 kV power transmission and transformation project is studied.Based on the actual situation of the project,the potential risks of the project are analyzed and sorted out,and the risk of the project is identified by Delphi method.The identified risks are divided into five categories: technical risk,management risk,economic risk,safety risk and environmental risk.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the risk evaluation model of Dalan 110 kV power transmission and transformation project is constructed,and the risk grade of Dalan power transmission and transformation project is evaluated by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The risk grade of Dalan power transmission and transformation project is medium.Based on the historical data of 110 kV power transmission and transformation project,the risk sensitivity of Dalan power transmission and transformation project is analyzed by grey relational analysis method,and the risk factors with high sensitivity are taken as the key control objects.the sensitivity of risk factors is calculated by the product of grey correlation degree,loss caused by risk and average confidence value of risk factors.The risk factors of Dalan power transmission and transformation project are sorted according to their sensitivity.The cumulative contribution rate of the top eightrisk factors is more than 90%,which is regarded as the main object of risk management and control of the project.According to the results of risk analysis and evaluation of Dalan 110 kV power transmission and transformation project,the risk management and control measures are put forward.This study not only has a strong practical significance for risk control of Weifang Gaomi Dalan 110 kV power transmission and transformation project,but also has a certain guiding role for risk management of other power transmission and transformation projects in China.
