| Electric power is the basic industry and public utility of our national economy and social development.With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the society’s dependence on electricity is getting higher and higher,meanwhile more and more electric power transmission and transformation projects began to put into construction.This kind of project has the characteristics of high investment,complex structure and long construction period,thus it is of great significance for the construction units to analyze and control risks.Based on the research of project risk management theory,with the help of brainstorming,the author identifies the risk and establish risk identification list of power transmission and transformation projects according to the project construction life cycle which includes four stages--pre-planning,pre-construction,project construction and after-project operation.Based on the principle of risk assessment the author summarizes the list and construct the risk evaluation index system of the project based on technology,organization,economy and other aspect.And the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish the evaluation model.At last the author gives the concrete measures to deal with the project in different stages,started with four coping strategies--lightening,avoidance,transformation and acceptance.Combining the construction of W110 kV power transmission and transformation project in T City with risk management theory,the author establishes the project risk evaluation index system,and determines the weight and comprehensively evaluates the risk of the whole project by using analytic hierarchy process.Therefore,she gets the result that the risk of W110 kV power transmission and transformation project in T City is Level 2(lower risk).And she selects the risk factors with large weight to solve through the analyses of evaluation result.The author establish the risk evaluation model of power transmission and transformation through the identification and evaluation of the project risk in this thesis which can provide reference for the risk management of power construction industry and can provide important help to reduce the risk in the construction of power transmission and transformation project.Therefore,this thesis has certain theoretical significance and practical value. |
