Research On Key Technologies Of Regulatory Plan In Urban Village To Maintain The Social Structure Stability Of Village

The new concept of urbanization construction,"People-oriented",which making people realize the dream of “seeing mountains,seeing water,remembering nostalgia” and the operation building a well-off society to make people have a good life constitute the macro background.Urban villagers want to maintain the existing village morphology and the characteristics of the building,which keeping originally life habits and the will of the neighborhood.As well as the existing real life problems including new household relocation,living environment improvement,cultural custom continues,public space and public service facilities demand,the macro background and the practical problems constitute the research background of the thesis.The purpose of this research is to study the key technology of regulatory plan in urban village to maintain the social structure stability of village."Urban village social structure" and "urban village control planning" are the research object.In the research,we adopt the systematic research method to analyze and solve the problems.In the process of raising questions,through literature and case study,we get such a view: urban village is the transformation of domestic urban village.Since villagers live in the original village,it is necessary to maintain the stability of their social structure.Many of our plans fail to pay attention to maintaining the stability of the village in the city,resulting in the destruction of the social structure of the village in the city.What are the reasons for the destruction? Unreasonable regulation.This is also the research origin of this paper.This is the second chapter of the thesis.In the process of problem analysis,the evolution process from village to village in the city was firstly analyzed from the perspective of social structure,and the key factors affecting the stability of the social structure of village in the city were summarized.Through the comparison between "modern urban community" and "urban village community",the theoretical model of "material space--social group" for the development of urban village is established,and then the development concept of urban village that keeps the social structure of village stable is expressed.This is the third and fourth chapter of the thesis.In the process of solving problem,based on the content of the control detailed planning system,combined with the key factors affecting the stability of the social structure of urban villages,the key technologies for maintaining the stability of the social structure of urban villages were summarized,and then the application and verification of the technology were carried out through specific cases of urban village control planning.This is the fifth chapter of the thesis.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and research,we come up with the final findings,and propose the research deficiencies and further prospects.
