Research On Urban Village Renovation Design Based On "Urban Acupuncture"

(This thesis is a design research paper,and the results include two parts: the first part is the design research report,and the second part is the design results.)With the construction of a conservation-oriented society,China’s urban development is shifting from the extensive development model to the existing development model.With the shortage of constructable land in cities,how to make use of the existing land resources and how to complete the sustainable renewal of constructed land is particularly important.Looking back over the past few decades,urban villages,as important objects of urban renewal,have experienced the introduction of multiple modes from large-scale demolition and reconstruction to demolition and reconstruction,comprehensive renovation,and functional replacement.The problem of urban village renewal is still the problem of urban construction.Difficulties and key points,therefore,it is of great significance to explore the method of urban village renewal.This article attempts to apply the "urban acupuncture" model to the urban village’s renewal and transformation,and provides new ideas for the urban village’s renewal and transformation.The research of this article follows the thinking of "problemcountermeasure-empirical".First,the article explores the necessity of the village village preservation and transformation in a dialectical way.Secondly,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the urban renewal model in most cities,and then introduce the concept of "urban acupuncture" micro-renewal,and explore the applicability and advantages of the "urban acupuncture" micro-renewal model in urban village renewal.Finally,combined with the design and reconstruction project of Horseshoe Mountain Village,the strategy of "urban acupuncture" model in urban village renovation was studied,so as to summarize the generally applicable regeneration measures and provide a reference for future urban village renovation and reconstruction.
