| With the progress of intelligent technology and the rise of experience economy,smart home design also presents a new development trend,emphasizing the value of user experience.As the basis of smart kitchen scene,smart kitchen products are an important factor affecting the user experience of smart home.Aiming at the problem of user experience of intelligent kitchen electric products in the market,this paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on Situational Cognition Theory and user experience evaluation,and applies them to the research of user experience of smart fridge products.In the actual research,first of all,through the analysis of the market and competitive products,the basic situation of smart fridge products is mastered.Combined with literature research,the lifestyle and consumption characteristics of the light middle class are analyzed,and they are regarded as the core users of smart fridge;Then,by using the Situational Cognition Theory,the complete information of users’ real needs is obtained through in-depth user interviews,on-site observation and eye tracking experiments;Then,based on grounded theory and factor analysis method,the initial information is condensed and summarized,28 initial categories are sorted out,and four main factors are extracted: "perception quality","system quality","information assistant quality" and "interaction quality".Accordingly,the evaluation index framework of user experience of smart fridge products based on Situational Cognition Theory is established;Finally,by using the multi-level analysis method,the hierarchical structure model and pairwise judgment moment are built,and the expert group is invited to evaluate and score.The weight and ranking details of each influencing factor are determined,and the user experience evaluation model of smart fridge products based on the Situational Cognition Theory is completed.According to the final user experience evaluation model,this paper summarizes the design strategy of intelligent kitchen electric products based on context theory,and applies it to the design practice of smart fridge products.The design scheme includes product body design,operation interface design and mobile phone app design.Through the usability test of refrigerator operation interface and mobile app interface in the design scheme and the user experience evaluation of the whole scheme,the effectiveness and feasibility of the design scheme are preliminarily verified,and the evaluation model and design strategy are also verified,which has certain reference value and guiding significance. |
