Organizational Capability And Performance Of Smart Supply Chain From The Perspective Of Dynamic Capabilities

In the context of Chinese advocacy of “cross-border integration”,the transformation of traditional supply chain into a smart supply chain will be a development trend.New information technologies,such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,have completely changed the way the organization's production processes and operations,and then need new supply chain organization capabilities to support.The Dynamic Capability Theory emphasizes the full utilization,integration and reconstruction of internal and external resources,which has a significant impact on the improvement of organizational performance.Therefore,this study is based on the dynamic capability perspective,taking the construction of the national grid smart supply chain as an example to analyze how enterprises use the new information technology to carry out intelligent transformation.This paper first proposes a relationship model between new information technology,dynamic capabilities and smart supply chain based on literature review.Then we analyze the construction of S company's smart supply chain,and finds that the new information technology can build a smart supply chain by improving the organization's dynamic synergism capability,dynamic integration capability and dynamic configuration capability.Among them,the synergism capability is reflected in internal and external collaboration,interdisciplinary collaboration and cross-regional collaboration;integration capability is reflected in data integration,process integration and real-time information sharing;configuration capability is reflected in flexible cooperation and agile business.Further,we have summarized the performance of the smart supply chain organization,which is characterized by intelligence,transparency and efficiency.At the same time,we also analyze the five major components of the smart supply chain from the case,namely smart devices,integrated information platforms,intelligent business chains,smart ecosystems and smart decision centers.Among them,smart devices are used as supply chain data collectors;integrated information platforms are used to store all data;intelligent business chains include smart procurement,smart quality control and smart logistics;smart ecosystem is a dynamic and flexible cooperation network of partners;the intelligent decision-making center can not only guide the internal business development of the supply chain,but also provide intelligent early warning for the cooperative business of the partners,thus providing decision-making assistance decision-making.Finally,based on the analyzed dynamic capability,we build a dynamic capability evaluation model for supply chain intelligent transformation based on ANP,which can provide suggestions for the intelligent development of enterprises.
