Study On Enhanced Capability Of M Mold Company In The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization Background

Integration of informatization and industrialization management system is an innovative and modern corporate business management mode and an important means of corporate internet transformation,which is used to instruct a traditional manufacturing enterprise to take informatization and management as the endogenous development factors,promote the interactive innovation and continual optimization of data,technologies,business processes and organizational structures,gradually accomplish the strategic adjustment,business transformation,organizational reform and enhanced capability development,and eventually form the sustainable competitive advantages.In this thesis,the author made an analysis on M Mold Company’s integration process of informatization and industrialization,dissected the difficulties in implementing informatization and industrialization by employing multiple theories,and further expanded the method of evaluating enhanced capabilities to integrate informatization and industrialization.In this thesis,the author firstly summarized the informatization process of M Mold Company based on its development demand,assessed the status quo of its integration of informatization and industrialization,pointed out the mismatching between integration strategies of informatization and industrialization and corporate development strategies,and analyzed the existing problems of such integration.Then,the author re-planned the development path,development level and enhanced capabilities of M Mold Company for its integration of informatization and industrialization,made a three-dimensional design and decomposition of these enhanced capabilities,and developed the KPIs.Furthermore,the author studied the method to foster enhanced capabilities to integrate informatization and industrialization,and proposed that the comprehensive and dynamic core capabilities must be formed to establish a company’s sustainable competitive advantages;based on the study of BIOC capabilities,M Mold Company practiced in transforming the functions of the informatization department.Finally,the method of evaluating capabilities to integrate informatization and industrialization was mainly studied in this thesis,and with regard to current shortcoming of evaluation on informatization and industrialization,new capability methods were introduced to accurately measure the corporate informatization indicators.The author conducted the useful exploring in respect of the analysis on enhanced capabilities to integrate informatization and industrialization and the innovative mode of internet transformation.This thesis,based on the case analysis on M Mold Company,assists SMEs in informatization strategy development and has a reference value and significance in the automotive industry.
