As a major strategic transformation in the construction of new urbanization, characteristic towns have positive significance in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in China.Since the establishment of characteristic towns in China, governments at all levels have attached great importance to the development and construction of characteristic towns. However,as the characteristic town is a newly emerging thing in recent years, most of the researches on the characteristic town at home and abroad at present focus on the concept connotation, planning creation, operation and other aspects of the characteristic town, and there is little research on the power supply planning and evaluation index system of the characteristic town, which lacks scientific and reasonable guidance for the construction of the characteristic town.At the same time, due to the numerous types of characteristic towns,it is difficult to use a set of universal, reliable and stable evaluation index system to cover all types of characteristic towns. Therefore,in order to make the power supply scheme and index system more targeted, this dissertation focuses on the characteristic towns of agricultural tourism type, and tries to design a set of safe and reliable power supply scheme and construct a complete comprehensive evaluation index system by consulting a large number of documents with the help of resources such as school libraries and the Internet. This is of great theoretical and practical significance to technological progress, social economy and the sustainable development of characteristic towns. At the beginning, the load forecasting calculation method and the main contents of power supply scheme design are introduced,in which the concept of micro-grid is mentioned, which lays the main theoretical foundation for the later power supply scheme design.Starting from the components of the comprehensive evaluation, this dissertation expounds the basic steps for establishing the comprehensive evaluation system, sums up the basic principles for establishing the evaluation index system, and analyzes several commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods in power distribution network planning evaluation. Then, starting from the concept and orientation of characteristic towns, the development status of the research object is introduced from two aspects of economic development and energy resources respectively.Collect the load related data in recent years, and use the power load forecasting method introduced in chapter 2 to forecast the load and electricity consumption of the research object.According to the predicted load data,a new rural power grid planning model with micro-grid power supply is proposed. The dissertation designs a set of traditional distribution network power supply scheme without micro-grid power supply according to the conventional rural power network transformation method, which is convenient for the following analysis and discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of micro-grid power supply scheme. Finally, this dissertation proposes an evaluation index system, which consists of four primary indexes and eight secondary indexes. The index is calculated by the score and comprehensive weight of the bottom evaluation index.Taking the two power supply schemes designed in the third chapter as an example, the comprehensive evaluation index system constructed in this dissertation is used to calculate, analyze and compare the scores and comprehensive weights of the bottom evaluation index, and judge the advantages and disadvantages of the two design schemes.According to this, the validity and feasibility of the micro-grid power supply scheme are verified.
