Study On Equity Performance Of Old-Age Service Facilities In Life Circle Based On Mobile Phone Signaling Data

The rapid aging of population is the problem that China is facing now.Under this background,many deficiencies of service facilities for the elderly are prominent.With the concept of social equity in public service facilities proposed,how to study and promote the equalization of urban service facilities for the elderly and balance efficiency and fairness is becoming a key issue for new urbanization at this stage.This paper argues that in order to meet the social equity requirements of service facilities for the elderly,the spatial layout needs to match the spatial distribution of the elderly population.The study takes the central district of Zhongshan as the study area,from the perspective of resource and population matching to evaluate the social equity performance of the old-age service facilities.Firstly,Combine the similar spatial units of the residents' travel on the basis of the existing planning space boundary to identify the community life circle,by using the noncommuting OD data of the residents identified by the mobile phone signaling data;On the basis of this,combined with the Internet facilities POI data,the spatial pattern of facility service level is evaluated by quantitative indicators,and the social equity performance and spatial pattern of equity performance are evaluated by using Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve,and the anomalous space unit is analyzed.Then analyze the abnormal space unit.The result of research shows that the land-average service level of the facilities is different from the per capita service level.There is a certain degree of spatial mismatch between the old-age service facilities and the elderly population in the central district of Zhongshan.Finally,based on the research conclusions,to proposes an optimization path for layout of service facilities for the elderly in the central district of Zhongshan.This paper takes the old-age service facilities as the entry point,uses the mobile phone signaling data to extract the spatial layout information of the resident population,uses the big data service platform to obtain the geographic information data.The above data is applied to the identification of community life circle and the evaluation of the equity performance of oldage service facilities.This paper also provides a quantitative evaluation model that can be promoted,hoping to effectively solve the ambiguity in the past research on the equity performance of old-age service facilities.At the same time,the evaluation model of this research can provide a basis for the diachronicity of the same city and the synchronic study of different cities.It is expected to provide a reference for the future layout planning of Zhongshan old-age service facilities and other similar areas.With the most fervently hope,This research attempt to contribute to the theoretical research in the field of public service facilities.
