Enterprise performance management is the core content of human resource management,and its good performance management system is related to the company's overall operating performance and lasting competitiveness.Competition in construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.Decision makers can accurately and timely grasp the information of enterprise performance evaluation,which is conducive to the realization of enterprise competitive strategy and strategic objectives.ZG Architectural Design Institute Limited needs to conduct a comprehensive review and diagnosis of its human resources management and performance system.Based on the modern enterprise management theory,this paper conducts a thorough study on the performance appraisal system of ZG Company through field investigation,expert interviews and data analysis.It finds out many problems in performance management.The main reasons for these problems are: lack of awareness of performance management at the top of the company,low employee participation,low level of performance system design,and alienation of the relationship between appraisal and employees.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of ZG company's performance management system.On the one hand,it emphasizes the design objectives and principles of employee performance management system,that is,performance appraisal is mainly aimed at stimulating the enthusiasm of employees,creating an atmosphere for the survival of the fittest,and diagnosing problems through appraisal,in order to achieve further improvement.On the other hand,we use KPI method to decompose the performance management of ZG company,design the performance management methods of company level,department level and staff level,and gradually establish the performance management system adapted to the characteristics of ZG company's own development.Set different evaluation contents for different positions and different levels of employees at different times,strengthen the indicators related to employees' core interests,such as salary and position,integrate the evaluation results and salary,job adjustment,training and career development.In order to realize the optimization scheme of performance management system,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of performance management organization team,strengthen the training of performance management participants,strengthen the process control of performance management,and support all employees to participate in performance management system.
